If you are a user with general public access the website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address which is automatically recognised by the web server.

The system will record your e-mail address and other information if volunteered to us by you. This shall be treated as proprietary and confidential. It may be used for internal review and to notify you about updates to the Kenric web site unless you request otherwise.

You do not have to ask permission to link directly to pages hosted on this site and we actively encourage you to do so. We would prefer you to inform us by email if you do, tell us the address and nature of the page that will be linking to the site. The email address to use is website@kenric.org

We do not object to you linking directly to the information that is hosted on our site. However, we do not permit our pages to be loaded into frames on your site. Kenric pages must load into the user's entire window and no advertising should be shown. In addition where linking to a specific page a link to our home page and where possible a notice to state that the link will take them to content on our site.
